.NET Trainee Developer

We are hiring freshers with knowledge of following technologies:

  • C# .Net
    Must have good OOPs knowledge and Understanding of C# technology
  • ASP MVC
    Should have created at least one application using ASP MVC
  • ASP .Net Core
    Need basic understanding of difference between .Net Framework and .Net Core
  • Angular
    Knowledge of Angular is nice to have
  • Microsoft SQL Server
    Should be able to execute Stored Procedures and write T-Sql for multiple joins
  • JavaScript
    Able to write JavaScript with through basic concepts
  • HTML5
    Should have enough knowledge of HTML to create a simple html page using text editor
  • CSS
    Knowledge of Bootstrap is good but should be able to write responsive style sheet without using Bootstrap

Note: Apply only if you have working knowledge of some or all of the above technologies and you should have worked on any of the above technology in past one week. This could be in your academic project or hobby programs.

Sales Manager

  • Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and targets across the sales funnel.
    • Drive the identification and cultivation of new business opportunities within the assigned territory, maximizing client acquisition through various sources.
    • Execute and oversee lead generation campaigns, including cold calling.
    • Elevate outreach strategies, converting cold calls into compelling invitations for software demos.
    • Manage and lead a team of sales executives, ensuring effective coverage of the sales funnel and achieving conversion targets.
    • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our software products, drawing from hands-on experience with demo preparation and execution.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Experience with digital marketing and promotion - Advantageous.
  • Qualifications
    • Proven experience to manage software product sales in Surat and Gujarat region.
    • Strong understanding of the software sales cycle and achieving targets across the sales funnel.
    • Experience in preparing and executing lead generation campaigns using different channels, including cold calling.
    • Hands-on experience with converting cold calls into successful calls for software demos.
    • Experience and Ability to provide compelling product demos.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to recruit, lead, and manage a sales team effectively.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Experience with digital marketing and promotion - Advantageous.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience to cover it.
    • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding software sales targets.
    • Familiarity and in-depth knowledge of software products and its sales process.
    • Experience of using structured methods to record and track sales and results, using CRM would be plus.

    • Provide support to the Sales Manager in conducting product demonstrations, showcasing the features and benefits of our software products.
    • Collaborate with clients, understand their needs, and assist in providing tailored software solutions.
    • Report sales activities and results to the Sales Manager regularly.
  • Qualifications
    • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in software product sales.
    • Understanding of the software sales cycle and ability to contribute to targets across the sales funnel.
    • Hands-on experience with executing lead generation campaigns, including cold calling.
    • Successful track record of converting cold calls into successful calls for software demos.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Willingness to learn to Demonstrate software.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support the Sales Manager's objectives.
    • Results-driven and motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Familiarity with SAAS software is a plus.

    • Good past experience with software selling.
    • Proficiency in using CRM software for sales tracking and reporting.
