Software developers, working with cloud-based product development for a long time and who were passionate about the best use of Microsoft technology and making a scalable user-friendly product.
Doctors who were serious about occupational health management in India. These doctors were frustrated with the lack of right software product for occupational health in India which can seamlessly cater to all three stakeholders of this ecosystem i.e. occupational health service providers, the organisation and their employees and sub-contractors who go through the cycle of prevention and cure while complying with the regulatory requirements.
Business optimisation experts who have been re-engineering processes across multiple industries and automating it using ERP and CRMs. They have been recently working with a sales cycle of large infrastructure businesses using Salesforce and Dynamics for managing large sales pipeline of over $25B. These guys came with the view that the top CRMs need significant restructuring to meet these large infrastructure needs, and something is needed which is designed for a specific purpose.
